Real-estate developer Candor renovated its offices on the Kortrijksesteenweg in Sint-Martens-Latem: open space, meeting rooms, kitchen and a relaxation zone, designed by Goedele Perdu with acoustic consulting by Form Design (Dendermonde) — our dealer for the region.

The acoustics disappear into the architecture. Micro-perforated polyester membranes span every ceiling as one smooth plane, with the absorption layer hidden in the plenum above and LED lighting integrated flush into the surface.

The result measures where it matters: reverberation below 0.8 seconds in the open space and below 0.6 seconds in meeting rooms — concentration-grade acoustics with zero visible panels, and every ceiling demountable for maintenance.
